Before you pay
The demo is free. Take your time with it and ask for any changes you want. If it isn’t for you, ignore the email and that’s the end of it.
For 30 days after you pay
If the site isn’t what you wanted, tell us and we refund everything you’ve paid, activation fee and monthly fees, within 7 days. You don’t have to give us a reason.

Most of the work happens before you pay us.
We design your demo
We start with what's already online about your business: your Google listing, your Facebook page, your reviews, your trade and your town. The design comes from that, which is why a plumber in Bendigo and a brow studio in Geelong end up with very different sites.
A private link lands in your inbox
Open it on your phone and show whoever you like. If something's off, tell us and we'll change it before you decide. The link stays up for 14 days, and you can switch it back on after that.
Claim it if you want it
Pick a plan, then pay the activation fee and your first month by card. Your 30 days to ask for a full refund start from that payment.
Then it goes live
We swap in your real photos and details and put the site live. After that, ask for changes in your client chat whenever you need one. For something bigger, like a new section, we tell you the cost before we start.

A month, plus a one-off activation fee when you claim your site. Every plan is month to month and includes edits through your client chat. Change your mind in the first 30 days and all of it comes back to you.

For a page on every suburb and service you cover. There’s no page limit, and on top of the Local SEO work we write you a new local page each month.

04 Questions
What people ask before they claim
Do I have to sign up after I see the demo?
No. You don't pay if you don't like the demo, and you don't have to reply to us either.
What if I pay and then change my mind?
Tell us within 30 days of your first payment, by email or in your client chat. We refund everything you've paid, the activation fee included, to the card you paid with within 7 days. You don't need to give a reason. Your site comes down at that point.
Am I locked in?
Every plan is month to month. Cancel from your portal or by email and you won't be charged again. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for.
Can I take my site with me if I leave?
Yes. When you cancel, ask and we'll send you your site's files within 7 days so you can host it anywhere. The one exception is a 30-day refund, because then the build has been paid back to you.
Why a monthly fee?
It pays for hosting and the edits you ask for, so a small change never comes with a big bill.
